Maintenance is word that almost fell from a home owners vocabulary in our latest housing rage. More home owners where looking for the next house they would buy instead of fixing something in the house they lived in. I don’t want to renovate, lets just buy a new house! Was a cry frequently heard. Now with the drop in home values we have taken a step back in time. Back to when we repaired things. What, the sink is broken? Call the handyman!  We need a shelf put up? Handyman! Hole in the wall? Handyman! Here at Handichik we want you to think of us for the big things but also for the small things too. Sink draining slow, we can take care of that in a jiffy. Tile need caulking, not a problem.
