Business Networks & Business Machines

In 1998 I was building a house and decided to run some computer cable before the sheetrock went up. I was not able to find a contractor to do it, so I decided to learn how to do it myself. A couple of weeks and 2,000 feet of CAT-5 and RG-6 wire later, the 1400 sq. ft. house was wired with a dozen locations for multiple network and cable feeds – bedroom, kitchen and even outside on the patio.

While it is easier to run the cable before the walls are finished, it is not impossible to do it once they are done. The same techniques used in new construction can be used in existing buildings, both residential and commercial. I have retro-fitted a 4-unit apartment and a 6-unit two building apartment for a shared network connection. I also have done many commercial jobs where the lease-hold tenant wanted to improve their building at a limited cost.

If you want a quote on wiring your house, your rental property or your commercial building give me a call. We can also set up your routers, DSL or Cable modem, network your PCs and printers and a whole lot more. We have contracts with several national companies now to do their work for the Tucson area as a testament to our skills.
